Crossway is a caring community ready to help you in all kinds of ways.

During weekend services you can identify members of our Care team by their heart badges. These people are good listeners who would love to offer you their help, prayer and encouragement, as well as referring you for more help if necessary.

  • Facing a crisis
    If you are experiencing shock or high emotional impact from a recent crisis, our Care team is equipped to respond with immediate, short-term help. We also offer longer term support for people coping with ongoing challenges such as bereavement, post-natal depression and family breakdown. Call us on 9886 3700 and ask for the Care Pastor.
  • Dealing with deep issues
    Our counselling centre is staffed by a team of qualified and experienced counsellors, social workers and clinical psychologists who assist individuals and families with professional, caring, holistic and confidential counselling services.     Do you need practical assistance with something you can’t manage alone? Crossway’s care team can help with handymen, gardening, professional advisors and cleaning. Call us on 9886 3700 and ask for the Care Pastor.
