No. From February 25th 2022, mask wearing is no longer required in churches.
Having said that, our Crossway Kids team will continue to wear masks, in line with requirements for those working in the education sector. Grade 3 to 6 children are no longer required to wear masks.
No. As the restrictions have changed, there is no need for attendees (including children and youth attendees) to isolate – everyone is just to monitor for symptoms and test as necessary.

We encourage you to arrive on time to prepare yourself for worship and enjoy the full service. Density limits no longer apply, however, so we invite you to take a seat or view the service from an overflow area.
Communion will take place using pre-wrapped elements.
We encourage you to use one of our online giving options. If you prefer to give in person, you can place tithes and offerings in one of the secure boxes on the wall at the exit points of the auditorium. Envelopes are available at the Welcome Desk.
We are implementing a range of COVID-safe practices across our facilities:
- Hand sanitiser is available.
- HEPA filters are now installed in the Burwood East facility, including the Auditorium, Training Room, foyer, downstairs children and family spaces (Preschool, Prep-Grade 4, Grade 5 & 6, Parent Lounge, Family Café), Chapel (upper and lower), Prayer Room.

Room capacity will be restricted as we adhere to Government Covid-Safe regulations. Covid-Safe practices will also be in place for any bookings.

Yes. As per the current government requirements, both yourself and your children are welcome to attend onsite no matter your vaccination status.

Check in will open 20 minutes before the service starts. We encourage you to arrive early to allow time to check your children in and walk to your service area.

- Frequently touched surfaces and equipment will be thoroughly cleaned.
- Hand sanitiser will be available at the entrance to the building and used throughout each of our rooms.
- Our staff and team will wear masks, except when communicating on stage.
