We’d love you to join us in worship.

Services at all campuses will go ahead this weekend under the new Victorian COVID-safe restrictions. Use of the Service Victoria QR code is mandatory and masks must be worn indoors by adults and children over 12 years. The density quotient of 1 person per 2sqm continues to apply.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check in. Your family/group will be seated together,
in compliance with COVID-19 gathering requirements.

Team Crossway will be on hand each week to assist you with any queries. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation with this process.

We’d love you to join us in worship. Attendance is a two step process:

1. Register Online

All attendees must register in advance. 

Please ensure registration of ALL individuals in your family/group. You can include multiple attendees in one registration. 

There is no waiting list and booking numbers are limited, so please be mindful of others and only book the seats you need.

Registration opens each week at 9am Monday

If you are unable to register online please call us on 9886 3700.

2. Check In

After registering you will receive a confirmation email. This will be your pass to your selected campus, so please have it ready when you arrive, either printed or on your phone. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check in. Your family/group will be seated together, in compliance with COVID-19 gathering restrictions.

Please maintain physical distancing of 1.5 metres. Mask wearing is recommended by the Victorian Government when singing.

No. You no longer need to pre-register for our services.

However, all adults attending Church on Campus need to check-in on arrival using the Victorian Government QR Code Service [or complete their details on a sign-in sheet if they don’t have access to QR code].

You don’t need to pre-register your children for Crossway Kids. However, children do need to be checked-in on arrival and collected by a parent with check in stickers.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow enough time for you to check your children into Crossway Kids and make your way to the auditorium.

Our Welcome Team will kindly ask you to show that you have completed this process. You may then enter with your children through the main entry point of the building.

Children collect check in stickers outside gym entrance (inside the building), and then drop your child at the appropriate room. There will be team onsite to assist you.

Communion will take place using pre-wrapped elements.

In addition to online giving options, a secure offering box will be available in the auditorium. No physical offering will be taken during the service.

  • To ensure 1.5m social distancing, we adhere to 1 person per 2 square metres.

  • People are asked to sanitise hands on arrival.

  • Seating is based on social distancing, with members of the same household seated together.

No. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions we must limit the total number of people in the building. As such it’s very important for all attendees to register ahead of time to ensure there’s a seat available for all who attend.

Our Midweek Worship Service is an exception, with check-in at the main door on the day. 

Yes, every attendee of an in-person service must be registered regardless of age. Multiple household members can be registered by a single person through the online registration system.

Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before the service to allow time for check in. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may reallocate your seat and offer you a seat in the overflow area instead.

Yes. To register for Crossway Kids, at least one adult ticket must be booked in the corresponding weekend service.

The cafe will be open on Sundays from 21 February, 8am – 1pm, for takeaway only.  The team will be serving coffee and hot drinks, as well as an all day breakfast menu including croissants, muffins, wraps, hash browns and chips. 

Yes – If you registered in the same household booking, you will be seated together. 

The Family Lounge will be available at Burwood East for parents with infants. You will need to have a concurrent service booking to access the lounge. 

Yes we can sing together in the service while wearing masks.

Church at Home

Invite people to join you in your home to experience Crossway Church Online together. It’s a great way to build community, connect and grow in faith together while watching Crossway Online.

These gatherings must adhere to the latest government guidelines. Keeping a record of visitors is advised.

Crossway Youth will be gathering in Host Homes on February 12th. Host Homes are Crossway Youth small groups gathered around Melbourne in community. If you would like to join a small group and find a host home, please click here.

As a result of Victorias circuit breaker restrictions, Crossway will host one online service at 10:15 am for all English campuses [Burwood East, South East & Brighton] this Sunday.  

This service will be streamed via Facebook and YouTube.  

Crossway Kids Online will be available on demand from Sunday morning via Facebook and YouTube. Big Step Weekend will be postponed.

Crossway Kids – Preschool will be live streamed at 10:30 am.
