Church on Campus

We’d love you to join us in worship. Attendance is a two step process:

1. Register Online

All attendees must register in advance. 

Please ensure registration of ALL individuals in your family/group. You can include multiple attendees in one registration. 

There is no waiting list and booking numbers are limited, so please be mindful of others and only book the seats you need.

Registration opens each week at 9am Monday

2. Check In

After registering you will receive a confirmation email. This will be your pass to your selected campus, so please have it ready when you arrive, either printed or on your phone. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check in. Your family/group will be seated together, in compliance with COVID-19 gathering restrictions.

All adults and children over 12 must wear a face mask when inside the building.

Burwood East English
Adults (except those requiring lift access) are to use the front entry access point. Please exit using the same door. 
Children are to enter check-in using the downstairs entry point. Children will be brought to exit areas in year groups to be picked up by parents, with check-in stickers.

Asian Languages
Adults are to enter and exit via the Chapel main doors. 
Children are to enter check-in using the downstairs entry point. Children will be brought to exit areas in year groups to be picked up by parents, with check-in stickers.

South East 
are to show registration email outside the main entrance at the carpark, then enter with your children through the main entry point to the building. 
Children collect check-in stickers outside gym entrance (inside the building), and then drop your child at the appropriate room. There will be team onsite to assist you.

Yes – in compliance with Government recommendations for religious services, all adults and children over 12 must wear a face mask when inside the building. 

No. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions we must limit the total number of people in the building. As such it’s very important for all attendees to register ahead of time to ensure there’s a seat available for all who attend.

Yes, every attendee of an in-person service must be registered regardless of age. Multiple household members can be registered by a single person through the online registration system.

Bookings for January 3 will be available from Monday December 28.

Crossway Kids Burwood East (Sunday) will resume on January 10.  

Crossway Kids Burwood East (Saturday 5pm) will resume on February 6. 

Crossway Kids at South East will resume on January 3.

To register for Crossway Kids, at least one adult ticket must be booked in the corresponding weekend service.

The Cafe will remain closed during January as we embed the new arrangements and to facilitate social distancing. 

Yes – If you registered in the same household booking, you will be seated together. 

The Family Lounge will be available at Burwood East for parents with infants. You will need to have a concurrent service booking to access the lounge. 

Yes we can sing together in the service while wearing masks.

Communion will resume from February using pre-wrapped elements.

In addition to online giving options, a secure offering box will be available in the auditorium. No physical offering will be taken during the service. 

We are implementing a range of COVID-safe practices across our facilities:

  • To ensure 1.5m social distancing, we will adhere to 1 person per 2 square metres.
  • Registration will occur in advance, but adults and children will be checked in upon arrival to ensure accurate attendance records for tracing purposes.
  • All adults must wear face masks when inside the building.
  • All people are asked to sanitise hands on arrival.
  • Seating is based on social distancing, with members of the same household allowed to sit together.
  • Cleaning protocols are in place during services.
  • Designated entry and exit points to be used by specific groups, with no crossover between groups.
  • Chapel attendees not to enter main building, and vice versa.
  • Café will remain closed during January to enable embedding of new arrangements and social distancing.

You can only access the specific area designated for the service you are attending. Chapel attendees must not enter the main building, and Auditorium attendees must not enter the Chapel. Crossway Kids is also a separate zone and is accessible to checked-in kids and staff only. 

We kindly ask people to promptly make their way to the exits at the conclusion of the service.  This is in the interests of safety and to enable us to clean the building in preparation for the next service/event.  

Yes – we will continue to provide livestream and on-demand worship services.

Room capacity will be  restricted as we adhere to Government Covid-Safe regulations. Covid-Safe practices will also be in place for any bookings.

Church at Home

Invite people to join you in your home to experience Crossway Church Online together. It’s a great way to build community, connect and grow in faith together while watching Crossway Online.

These gatherings must adhere to the latest government guidelines. Face masks are recommended when physical distancing cannot be maintained. Keeping a record of visitors is advised.
