We’d love you to join us in worship.

We’re taking a cautious approach to resuming in-person services. Limited seats will be available as outlined below, subject to Victorian Government COVID-safe restrictions. Crossway Kids will be online only at this stage.

We will continue to live-stream church online at 10:15am Sunday.

For in-person services, use of the Service Victoria QR code is mandatory and masks must be worn indoors and outdoors by adults and children over 12 years. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check in.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends which service you want to attend.

For Burwood East on Sunday at 10:15, pre-registration is essential, as well as check in on arrival. 

For all other in-person services, check-in on arrival using the Victorian Government QR Code Service or sign-in sheet. 

Crossway Kids in-person services are temporarily suspended.

Crossway Kids Online will be available on demand from Sunday morning via Facebook and YouTube.

Crossway Kids Preschool will be live streamed at 10:30am via Zoom.

All people (except those requiring lift access) are to use the front entry access point. Please exit using the same door.

Chapel Services
Enter and exit via the Chapel main doors. 

Yes. Masks must be worn indoors and outdoors by adults and children over 12 years. 

We encourage you to arrive early to allow time for check-in and seating. If you arrive late and the auditorium is at capacity, you may be asked to sit in an overflow area.

Due to Victorian Government Covid-safe restrictions, Crossway Cafe is currently closed, except for Thursday when we will offer our Tingkat Set for takeaway only. For more information please visit crossway.org.au/cafe.

Yes – families will be seated together.

Yes. However, masks must be worn by adults and children over 12 years.

Communion will take place using pre-wrapped elements.

In addition to online giving options, a secure offering box will be available in the auditorium. No physical offering will be taken during the service.

We are implementing a range of COVID-safe practices across our facilities:

  • To ensure 1.5m social distancing, we adhere to 1 person per 4 square metres.
  • Check-in on arrival using the Victorian Government QR code.
  • People are asked to sanitise hands on arrival.
  • Masks must be worn indoors by adults and children over 12 years.
  • Seating is based on social distancing, with members of the same household seated together.
  • Cleaning protocols are in place during services.
  • Designated entry and exit points to be used by specific groups.

Yes – we continue to provide live stream and on-demand worship services.

Spaces/rooms are available for booking in 2021. Any enquiries should be directed to Simon at bookings@crossway.org.au

Our service registration and check-in process recently changed in response to new Victorian Government contact tracing requirements. You no longer need to pre-register for our services.

However, all adults attending Church on Campus need to check-in on arrival using the Victorian Government QR Code Service [or complete their details on a sign-in sheet if they don’t have access to QR code].

No. You don’t need to pre-register your children for Crossway Kids. However, children do need to be checked-in on arrival and collected by a parent with check in stickers.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow enough time for you to check your children into Crossway Kids and make your way to the auditorium.

Our Welcome Team will kindly ask you to show that you have completed this process. You may then enter with your children through the main entry point of the building.

Children collect check in stickers outside gym entrance (inside the building), and then drop your child at the appropriate room. There will be team onsite to assist you.

Please arrive early to allow enough time for you to check your children into Crossway Kids and make your way to the auditorium.

No. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions we must limit the total number of people in the building. As such it’s very important for all attendees to register ahead of time to ensure there’s a seat available for all who attend.

Our Midweek Worship Service is an exception, with check-in at the main door on the day. 

Yes, every attendee of an in-person service must be registered regardless of age. Multiple household members can be registered by a single person through the online registration system.

Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before the service to allow time for check in. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may reallocate your seat and offer you a seat in the overflow area instead.

Yes. To register for Crossway Kids, at least one adult ticket must be booked in the corresponding weekend service.

The cafe is open during the week for dine in and takeaway – details at crossway.org.au/cafe

The cafe will be open on Sundays from 21 February, 8am – 1pm, for takeaway only.  The team will be serving coffee and hot drinks, as well as an all day breakfast menu including croissants, muffins, wraps, hash browns and chips. 

Yes – If you registered in the same household booking, you will be seated together. 

The Family Lounge will be available at Burwood East for parents with infants. You will need to have a concurrent service booking to access the lounge. 

Yes we can sing together in the service while wearing masks.
