Bookkeeper (immediate start)
Praxeis is looking for a new bookkeeper to join our administration team with an immediate start. This role is an opportunity for someone to combine their professional book-keeping skills with a passion for disciple-making. The role is 3 days per week with flexible hours and work from home. The bookkeeper will have to attend meetings with other team members for collaboration work and prayer but this will be face to face only occasionally (in the Burwood East/Wantirna area). The successful applicant will need to have experience working with Xero and demonstrate their skills and experience in bookkeeping.

Counsellor – Burwood East Campus

Children & Families Pastor – South East Campus

Crossway South East Campus is looking for a Kids and Families Lead Pastor to strategically, passionately and effectively pastor and lead our Crossway Kids. In this role, you will have the strategic lead role of the Kids and Families Ministry from pregnancy to Grade 6 and work with a team member who leads the preschool age children. You will be leading the Primary School age children and creating an engaging environment where they can be discipled towards faith in Jesus and beyond while developing unpaid team members and leaders to help in effective delivery of the ministry. The role is part time, EFT 0.6 (22.8 hours) and working days will be Sunday and Monday with flexibility around the remaining hours. Events Director – Burwood East campus
Crossway is looking for a part-time Creative Events director to provide leadership in creating and producing Christmas and Easter events as well as being involved with other creative aspects of our weekend services. The successful applicant will mainly organise and lead Christmas and Easter teams, produce scripts with a team of scriptwriters where necessary, create event timelines, organise and lead rehearsals and direct the events themselves. When it is not Easter and Christmas season, the successful applicant will be involved in the “Creative Juice” team that executes creative elements to the weekend services at Crossway.

Crossway Kids Room Leader Prep-Grade 4 – Burwood East campus

Our Burwood East Crossway Kids Team is looking for a dynamic Room Leader for our Prep-Grade 4 Room. This 1 day a week role will provide strategic leadership to the Saturday services in the Prep to grade 4 Room at our Burwood East Campus, in alignment with our other rooms/campuses. Responsibilities includes overseeing the logistics of the room during Saturday services, recruiting and empowering small group leaders, recruiting and equipping a hosting and worship team for Saturday services, as well as assisting in Crossway Kids events.
Qualification requirements include:
• Experience in volunteer or paid ministry to children and families.
• Proven ability to lead teams of volunteers

Social Media Coordinator – Burwood East campus
Crossway is seeking a part-time (3 days) Social Media Coordinator to work within our Communications Team at the Burwood East campus.
This role will involves writing, creating and posting engaging content for various social media channels in line with our brand, assisting in the development of social media campaigns, monitoring and measuring online traffic and engagement, and having input into Crossway’s digital strategy.
This is primarily a ‘hands on’ communications role, so you need to love writing and possess highly developed skills in curating and crafting engaging, personalised and persuasive content. You’ll have experience in developing clear, concise and relevant messaging, with consistency in tone, plus a keen eye for grammar and great attention to detail.
Candidates need to be passionate about social media, have experience and/or a relevant tertiary qualification in digital and social media, and an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
