Young Adults Connections Pastor

We are looking for a passionate people person who thrives on helping to build meaningful community to join the Young Adults team at Crossway. This role will have a specific focus on equipping and growing young adult life groups. Along with our Young Adults leadership team, he/she will be passionate about helping young adults build genuine relationship with each other, to create disciples that multiply.

He/she will also be highly pastoral and able to identify and facilitate specific support for those in the young adults’ community that might need additional care, working with the broader Care Ministry at Crossway.

Psychologist / Mental Health Worker

Crossway LifeCare is looking to add a Psychologist or a Mental Health Social Worker to its counselling team. We specifically need someone who can see children and adolescents with a Medicare Mental Health Plan, but the clientele would not be limited to children and adolescents. This would involve a Room Hire Contract as well as paid time for other team-related activities. One evening or Saturday shift is required, but the other work days and times are flexible and will primarily depend on room availability.

Chinese COACH Coordinator

The purpose of this 2 day a week position is to support the delivery of LifeCare’s Chinese COACH Community Mentoring program. This will be done through the recruitment, training, screening, matching and supervision of volunteer mentors.

The Chinese COACH Coordinator will mobilise mentors to support families from a Chinese background to explore their strengths, define and achieve goals and, ultimately step toward a brighter future.

It will involve overseeing the coordination of the program as well as on-going support for the volunteer mentors, handling community care enquiries and making referrals where appropriate. Fostering professional, strength based, solution focussed, relationships with families and young people connected to LifeCare and COACH.
