Youth & Young Adults Pastor – Crossway Brighton

Part-Time, 3 days per week

Crossway Brighton is seeking a passionate and energetic Youth & Young Adults Pastor (3 days per week) to lead and grow our youth and young adults ministry.
You’ll oversee the Friday night youth program, run a high school lunchtime group, develop young adults through life groups and events, and help transition children into youth. You’ll also be part of Sunday services and connect with the wider Crossway team.

We’re looking for someone with youth ministry experience, strong leadership skills, and a heart for discipling young people. Theological training (or willingness to undertake) is required. Mentoring, coaching, and salary packaging are provided.
