People Manager

Full time

Crossway Baptist Church is seeking a People Manager in the People and Operations Team. The role involves coordinating and overseeing the monthly payroll process. Maintaining human resources , management systems, policies and procedures. Train staff in people management system and assist HR supervisors in the recruitment process. Coordinate the recruitment, management and exiting of employees. Implement and run the Annual Affirmation (Appraisal) process and assist the Director of People & Operations in preparation of the annual staffing budget.

Crossway’s People and Operations has a vacancy for a full time Technical Director. This is a position in the Crossway Technology team with a key focus on all technology related projects and initiatives, as well as strategic leadership in the design, implementation, delivery and maintenance of technology used across Crossway Group entities. It is a key support role to staff across all campus teams.

Group Partnership & Fundraising Manager

Full time – 5 days a week

Crossway is seeking a full-time Group Partnership & Fundraising Manager to work within our Finance Team. This role will involve cultivating strategic partnerships, managing fundraising efforts, project manage grant applications and having input into financial sustainability planning strategy. Candidates need to be passionate about partnership and fundraising development, have experience and relevant tertiary qualifications in related disciplines, strong interpersonal skills and an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
