Followers of Jesus are recipients of extraordinary grace as we are forgiven and invited into relationship with God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit. We are then challenged to forgive those who have sinned against us in minor or major ways.

Read [bible]Psalm 46:1-2[/bible], [bible]Romans 12:14-20[/bible], [bible]Luke 6:27-28[/bible], [bible]Colossians 3:13[/bible].
- Where is your safe place with God? What makes it safe for you?
- What does it look like for you to ‘love your enemies’ or ‘do good to those who hate you’?
- We may need to release our own thirst for justice to God. Is there a justice issue God is showing you to release?
- When have you received grace or forgiveness? What did you learn from the experience?
Forgiveness is possible through the love of God and does not mean we allow ourselves to be mistreated repeatedly. Instead we can choose to leave room for God to heal and restore us in the process of forgiving others. Where in your life is God showing you to forgive?
