This free event is for Team Crossway members serving across all ministries at the Burwood East and Boroondara campuses. We are excited to celebrate Boroondara’s two-year anniversary as we gather together at our Burwood East campus. A light dinner will be provided following the event, including pizza, sandwiches, snacks and dessert.

Melinda Dwight is a preacher, leadership mentor, and ministry consultant who has spent more than three decades serving the local and global church. She previously led Alpha Australia as National Director, helping steward a season that saw more than one million Australians participate in Alpha conversations around faith and life.

Melinda encourages and equips leaders across denominations through speaking, mentoring, strategic consulting, and leadership development. Known for her warmth, wisdom, and collaborative spirit, she is passionate about evangelism, healthy leadership, church planting, and helping others faithfully respond to the call of God in their generation.
