For the past three years, we’ve been supporting refugees in the South Eastern Melbourne region and beyond through employment readiness and mentoring. Through the work we’ve seen how consistent, strengths-based mentoring helps build refugees confidence, navigate systems, grow local networks, and take practical steps toward stability and employment.

Do you have a heart to make a difference in the life of a refugee by assisting them on their pathway to employment? COACH is a community strengthening program that aims to build resilience through mentoring. We will be running a mentor training day on Saturday 25th July 2026 at The Salvation Army, Dandenong.
