Chris Varney
Founder and Chief Enabling Officer, I CAN Network
Chris is founder and CEO of I CAN Network, Australia’s largest Autistic-led organisation. He has a background in children’s rights and spent 11 years with World Vision where his roles included Youth Ambassador, VGen Co-Director and Manager of Youth Supporters. Chris is currently National Patron of the Australian Association for Special Education.

Crossway, Children and Families
Merryn is the Lead Children and Families Pastor at Crossway Baptist Church in Melbourne. She’s been pastoring for 13 years and is passionate about about helping young people and their families grow was disciples, and helping leaders reimagine how we do ministry today.
Ps Margaret Spicer
Gracecity Church, Executive Pastor, New Zealand
Margaret is recognised for her passion and strategic leadership in Generational Ministries over the past 30 years. She is a teacher, pastor, conference speaker and leadership coach, helping churches find ways to partner with families to raise faith and a future in the next generation.
Ps Lyndelle Macdowall
Hillsong Church, Additional Needs Ministry
Lyndelle is the Additional Needs Pastor at Hillsong Church, Hills Campus (Sydney). She has over 15 years experience as a speech pathologist and pastor. She is passionate about inclusion and placing value on individuals with additional needs and their families.

Damansara Utama Methodist Church, Children’s Church, Malaysia
Jonathan Yeoh is Children’s Church Pastor at Damansara Utama Methodist Church, Malaysia. He has been involved in Children’s ministry for 30 years, including 11 years as a full-time children’s pastor. Prior to being called as a pastor he worked as an international business manager/chemist.
Robyn Campbell
Professional Educator in Additional Needs
With many years of children’s ministry experience, Robyn plays a key role in the Crossway Additional Needs team. She provides disability support across a wide range of communities and has a passion for delivering neurodiversity education through professional development. Robyn has lived experience as a parent of three boys on the autism spectrum.

Angie Lee is the heart of the Crossway Additional Needs Ministry Team, leading a now flourishing ministry that grew out of her passion to support additional needs kids and their families. She is an experienced integration aide and has an extensive corporate background and a passion to share God’s love.
